Join Rona for a spooky afternoon of cupcake decorating!

The children will decorate six Halloween cupcakes to take home, with all cupcakes, icing, decorations and boxes included. We’ll finish with 15 minutes of Halloween music, dancing and musical statues. Halloween costumes encouraged!
