Rona operates her small business in full compliance with HSE and brings her highest of hygiene standards to every bake and order. Should you require further assurance on Rona's certifications before ordering, you can contact her here.

How do I order?

Orders must be placed through the website under the relevant section: cakes, cupcakes, or traybakes. Each item must be ordered and paid for separately.

 

How do I pay?

Payment is made online at the time of booking. Orders are not confirmed without payment.

 

How much notice do you need?

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is preferred for cakes to ensure all decorations are ordered and available. Cupcakes and traybakes also require advance notice where possible.

 

Where do I collect my order?

All orders are collection only from BakeRona’s Bakery, Malin Road, Moville. Collection details will be confirmed closer to your date.

Do you make gluten-free cakes?

No. I do not offer gluten-free bakes.

 

Do you cater for allergies?

No. I do not accommodate allergies. BakeRona operates from a small kitchen that uses gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, and nuts. I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

 

Do you offer vegan products?

No. Vegan bakes are not available.

 

Do you deliver?

No. I do not offer delivery. BakeRona is a one-woman business, managing baking, preparation, and administration. All orders are collection only.

 

Can you recreate a cake I’ve seen online?

I can take inspiration from images, but I do not create exact replicas of other bakers’ work.

 

Do you supply cake toppers or decorations?

• Simple cake toppers can be added for an additional €5.

• Alcohol used on cakes must be supplied by the customer and dropped off a few days before collection.

• Additional decorations such as dried flowers, fan toppers, or decorative ball sets are available at an extra cost.

• I do not provide personalised name toppers. These can be purchased by the customer (e.g. Amazon or Etsy) and dropped off a few days before collection.

 

How should I store my bakes?

• Cakes: Store in the fridge until needed.

• Cupcakes: Store in the fridge, or at room temperature if collected and consumed the same day.

• Traybakes: Keep refrigerated.

 

What is the shelf life of your bakes?

• Cakes: Once cut, up to 3 days in the fridge.

• Cupcakes: Up to 3 days in the fridge.

• Traybakes: Up to 5 days in the fridge.

 

Are your bakes made to order?

Yes. All bakes are made fresh for your chosen collection date.
